  • Began working for Southlake as a certified personal trainer in August 2001. Has over 10 years of experience training many clients ranging from stroke victims to professional athletes.

  • Certified Powerplate Personal Trainer through the Powerplate Academy
  • Certified Powerplate Sport’s Performance Trainer through the Powerplate Academy

Training Philosophy
Utilize a Custom Progressive Program Design for each client’s individual goals incorporating:

  1. Initial and continuing postural assessments are used to prioritize corrective exercise/stretch recommendations.
  2. Skill evaluations are utilized to develop and promote symmetry in stretch, balance, flexibility & range of movement.
  3. Apply a wide variety of muscle confusion, and multi-tasking techniques to ensure continued progress over time.
  4. Offer nutrition counseling/consultation, with emphasis on the "big picture."
  5. Supply weekly custom progressive cardiovascular goals/recommendations to achieve body composition results.
  6. Provide a highly motivating, safe, satisfying and educational experience for each and every client session.
