Utilize a Custom Progressive Program Design for each client’s individual goals incorporating:
Initial and continuing postural assessments are used to prioritize corrective exercise/stretch recommendations.
Skill evaluations are utilized to develop and promote symmetry in stretch, balance, flexibility & range of movement.
Apply a wide variety of muscle confusion, and multi-tasking techniques to ensure continued progress over time.
Offer nutrition counseling/consultation, with emphasis on the "big picture."
Supply weekly custom progressive cardiovascular goals/recommendations to achieve body composition results.
