Sidekicks and Little Hero Program(Ages 3-6)
This training system is designed to improve motor skills while enhancing the ability to pay attention. Our program emphasizes the core values needed to excel in school and our instruction teaches the basic fundamentals of self defense in a positive environment to help foster confidence in kids. All classes are taught using safe, fun and exciting instruction methods available.
Basic Program
An entry level trial program designed to acquaint a person who has never taken martial arts before. The Basic Program entails two classes per week. The student will become familiar with basic martial moves, self defense, and the Life Skills needed to succeed in today's society.
Black Belt Program
Specially developed program for all students regardless of age or rank. It represents the highest level of our "Success through Goal Setting" philosophy. Black Belt Club members are those individuals who have set their goal at "Black Belt" and make a commitment to study and train until achieving that goal. All Black Belt Club Members are able to attend weekly BBC Classes which train each student at a higher level toward their Black Belt. This enables the student to make more advanced progress toward being a Black Belt and a leader. Studies have proven that people with specific goals are less likely to be affected by negative influences and tend to accomplish more and do better in all things.
Master Club Program
Master Club is a reward for students who put their best effort in the Black Belt Club, as well as, being rewarded for their behavior at home and school. This is a 30 minute class that’s right after your Black Belt Club class, where you get to cut loose, learn beginner gymnastics and practice advanced weapons, including sword, sais and kamas.
Elite Program
This isn't your typical martial arts class! It's more like pumped up, high energy full throttle martial arts. This program offers intense training in acrobatics, gymnastics and martial arts. It sets an X-game kind of pace to weapons drills as well. It is a combination of techniques, methods of movements and philosophies from all martial arts styles. It is a mixture of virtually all martial arts styles blended together with high-flying acrobatics and gymnastics. All age appropriate classes are taught using safe, fun and exciting instruction methods. Both kids and adults will love the challenging moves that teach basic self defense and resembles those seen on TV and in movies.
Martial Arts for Adults
This training system is effective for adults, no matter what the fitness level or age. It teaches the basic fundamentals of self-defense while providing a strong cardiovascular workout. The physical and personal benefits of this system can help teens and adults: • Relieve tension • Increase stamina • Lose weight • Reduce stress • Develop a new enthusiasm for life • Gain confidence • Improve coordination • Spend time with your friends and family in a fun environment.
